The seating will be open and admission will be in the order of the numbers printed on the tickets.

We would like to provide information about Flower Stands for the AnimeConnect!!World scheduled for August 2, 2023 (Wednesday).
If you arrange celebratory flowers, such as stands, on your own, please take note of the following points:

1. Size:
There are no specific restrictions, but please be aware that very large flower arrangements or decorations may not be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.
Backstage flowers will not be accepted for this event.

2. Delivery Date and Pickup Instructions:
Please confirm the specified delivery date and pickup time for each performance, and provide instructions to the florist or delivery service accordingly.
When placing an order, kindly arrange with the florist to pick up the stand after the performance concludes.

＜Venue: Toyosu PIT＞
Date: August 2, 2023 (Wednesday)
Delivery: August 2, 2023 (Wednesday) in the morning (on the day of the performance)
Pickup: August 2, 2023 (Wednesday) from 22:00 to 23:00 (on the day of the performance)

3. Prohibited Items:
Flower stands containing "address" or "phone number" on the attached tags cannot be displayed at the venue. Please take note of this, particularly if you represent a corporate organization.
*Please be aware that we may not be able to accept deliveries made outside the specified delivery time.
*The placement of flower stands within the venue (including outside the venue premises) will be determined by the organizers, in accordance with the venue's usage regulations and fire safety guidelines. The stands will be placed in no particular order, and specific placement requests cannot be accommodated.
*In case of receiving a large number of celebratory flowers, it may not be possible to display all of them. We appreciate your understanding.
*Due to the conditions on the event day, there is a possibility of making some changes to the placement. Please understand in advance.
*We cannot accommodate requests to carry back the flowers and accessories arranged, or to specify the return or placement location.
*In case of unavoidable circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or the need to ensure the safety of the attendees, we may be unable to accept delivery or may have to remove the stands.
*Please note that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any delivery-related issues, such as delays due to traffic congestion.
